Baked Haddock with Horseradish Topping recipe
This is one of our very favorite quick and easy recipes! Hubby first started making it for Christmas Eve dinner about 10 years ago. We didn’t have many leftovers that the first year, and even though the menu changes year to year, this staple continues to be extremely popular.
We have frozen this uncooked, and it comes out great. I must tell you that it is so fast to come together and bake, that I’ve given up on making extra to freeze. I just get the haddock, make the topping, and a few minutes later – dinner!
Notes:
● I list boneless, skinless as that is what we like in my family. I have made this with skin-on haddock, and there is no extra cooking time involved.

Hi Ann,
I am anxious to try these. Did you use a pizza pan for these?
Ann says
Barb we don’t… we use a jelly roll pan. When we cook a lot, we will put a cookie rack underneath the haddock. If I am only baking a few pieces, I don’t bother.
