Easy S’mores Pops Recipe
The etymology of s’mores suggests it is a contraction of “some more” as in “give me some more of that delicious chocolate–marshmallow-campfire-goodness!!”
As I mentioned a few weeks ago, my niece used to sell baked goods at local farmers markets, fairs, etc. These lovely little S’mores sold for a buck a pop! And they flew out the er, stall. I was flabbergasted. These are so simple to make, who would pay up to buy one!? But, apparently, people did.

Tips and variations for making this bEasy S’mores Pops Recipe:
● If you buy smoked salt, it will give a campfire flavor to the S’more pops.
● The marshmallows are cut in half, so they brûlée (to burn) nicely. If you do not plan on torching the marshmallows, there is no need to cut them in half.
● These are made with one-half of a giant marshmallow. Hubby said the only thing wrong with these is there was only one per stick. You could easily make these two, three or four halves on a stick, depending on how long your candy stick is (6″ or 8″).
Easy S’mores Pops Ingredients:
● 6 Jumbo Marshmallows
● 1 cup Melting Chocolate
● ¾ cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
● ¼ tsp Sea Salt
Easy S’mores Pops Mise en Place:
● 12 Sucker Sticks (6″ looks best)
● Knife
● Cutting Board
● Measuring Cup
● 2 Bowls
● Butane
● Culinary Torch
● Wax Paper
● Tray
● Spoon
Easy S’mores Pops Directions:
● Place a piece of waxed paper down near your work area.
● Cut 6 Jumbo Marshmallows in half (so when you have finished cutting they look like two biscuits, the largest round surface is exposed).
● Place chocolate in a bowl. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds, stir. Repeat twice more until the chocolate is smooth (you may have to go a fourth time, but do not overheat).
● Place Graham cracker crumbs in a bowl.
● Place a sucker stick into the bottom of one of the cut jumbo marshmallows, and pull it out.
● Dip that sucker stick into the melted chocolate, and then place the dipped-stick into the pre-made hole in the marshmallow. Allow to dry.
● Dip the uncut side of your jumbo marshmallow into the chocolate.
● Dip the wet chocolate side into the Graham cracker crumbs.
● Place on waxed paper.
● Fire up your culinary torch.
● Holding a s’more pop by the stick, quickly brûlée the cut, non-candy side of your jumbo marshmallow. Do NOT light them on fire! (Always use caution when working with an open flame.)
● Place candy side down on the waxed paper.
● When you have finished torching the s’mores pops, drizzle a small amount of chocolate onto the burned side of the pops from a spoon (pop the melted chocolate back into the microwave for a few seconds if it has hardened too much to drizzle off a spoon). Quickly sprinkle a small amount of sea salt on top of the chocolate drizzle.
● Allow to dry, and serve.
