Baileys & Kahlua Iced Coffee Shake Recipe
I would like to start with some disclosure: I do not like Kahlua. I do like Baileys. With that in mind, my review: This is one of the best drinks I have ever had!
And I was not alone in this opinion. We (this is the royal “we” because this was alllllll hubby) served it at a get together recently. The initial reaction by most was, “No thanks” until the “Mmmmmms” and the eyes rolling back in the head from the sheer delight on our tongues from those in the initial pour convinced the initial naysayers to give it a go. This was a universal hit! Of the 10 people that tried it, 10 people loved it!

I an not a coffee drinker, I just don’t like the taste. I really don’t drink but when I do want something tasty and relaxing I will make hot chocolate with milk and add Bailey’s to it. If I want to be under the table I will drink Bailey’s plain or on the rocks. I usually have one or two, (or more), on my cruises and I am going to Alaska the first week in September, (fifth time), so if you hear any news stories about a wild woman who fell from the railing of a ship that week, it will probably be me.

Drunk on Baileys and she fell over the ship railing… now that would be a national news story!
