If that monopoly game is at all like it was in Wisconsin (Pick’n Save/Roundy’s/Kopps), I am not sure it is worth it. IE the instant wins are nice, if they are a product we can use, which often times it was not. But the trying to get a monopoly part, nearly impossible!

I wouldn’t say that I’m particularly lucky, but I do okay. My husband came home with some random contest sponsored by Keystone Light beer (which he never buys) a while ago and I just went to the website and entered the number. Several months later I got a $100 prepaid Visa in the mail! As far as the Tops tickets go, I think my odds may be worse than yours, LOL!

Im pretty lucky…and so is M’honey… The first thing I ever won was a gold piece at a coin show when I was about 5 so it started early. I dont think I won much in the ensuing years, but after I moved to Ohio I got very lucky, other than being lucky in love.. ♥
The biggest thing I’ve ever won was a bass boat at a Sportsmans Show at the IX Center in Cleveland. I sold it to a guy there before we left.. Worked for me!! I didnt need a bass boat.. haha It was for charity.
I’ve won concert tickets, I’ve won all sorts of drawings, concerts, flowers, door prizes, AA anniversary raffles.. .. People at work have wondered if some of the drawings there were rigged since I tended to win OFTEN!! They werent though.. I just seem to be lucky. I’ve even won a few bloggers giveaways.. 😀
Coupons, Tattler Lids, Gift Packs etc…
I just heard I won the $100 drawing from a local bank who was at the craft show at my old work place a few weeks ago and then I also won $100 in a raffle from Organic Valley for filling out a survey! Whohoo!! I got the OV check but havent gotten the one from the bank yet. Im waiting.
Don has won boatloads of stuff too.. TVs, Stereos, boomboxes, tee shirts, tools & all sorts of stuff. He almost always wins something at AA anniversary dinners and work related raffles & giveaways.
D & I both bought tickets to win a new Harley at an event a couple weeks ago.. I REALLY REALLY would like to win one… either that or win the lotto big!! I play in a group lotto with 7 other folks from work and while we’ve won some small pots, we’re looking for the giant one to happen. 😉 I also play one set of numbers for 10 weeks at a time… You just never do know when your numbers are gonna come in. 😀
I dont play scratch off tickets cuz I never win.. My luck is the worst with them. My X husband was super lucky with them but he played them often too.. I guess your odds go up.. I rarely to never buy them myself. In Texas, I won $100 fairly often on the Lotto there.. Not sure why the odds were better there but they were.. Oh well.. Im waiting for the BIG ONE! 🙂

I love to gamble and hit a $2,700 slot machine about three months ago. I very seldom ever lose at the casino in Oklahoma, usually break even or come home with more than I started with. I wish Texas would legalize gambling and save me gas money. They put it on the ballot every few years but it never passes. I very seldom buy scratch offs about once or twice a year. I bought some about a month ago and scratched off $75 and I got my money and quit. I have won a Precious Moments figurine and that is about it. I am not lucky in love, my ex-husband was a jerk and a mean jerk at that, but I have two wonderful kids, so he did one thing right.

Hey Candie… Do you go to the WinStar Casino in Thackerville Ok? If you do, thats where my daughter, son in law & step dad work.. I probably have a few other relatives that work there too but I dont keep up with whos working there anymore. WinStar supports a whole lot of folk from Texas.. thats for sure.

I seem to be very lucky at winning things. I have won a Ford Mustang, 3 tv’s, blender, a years worth of Pampers, $500 from Rite Aid survey, $500 from Kroger survey, I Pad, trip to Disney World, numerous other gift cards and prize packs, & thanks to CD&M a KA blender and $200 Amazon GC. I don’t sit and enter into giveaway’s but if something pop’s up I do enter. I don’t gamble anymore because I’m a member of gamblers anonymous and they tend to frown upon that, LOL. When I did gamble, it was nothing for me to win $10,000 at a time, I just never left the casino with the money. The biggest problem with gambling is that you must spend money in order to win. I’m to cheap now to spend the money and PRAY that I win.

I am not particularly lucky but I win some now and then. Hubby is pretty lucky with scratch offs. He won $500 and then $150 a few weeks ago. Then the next week he won $1000. I had to go to the lotto office to collect on that one. It was second time going to there. He won $1500 the first time I went. He also won $1500 at a casino a while back.

I have dumb luck. Good luck but wacky. Have won at the casino for a few hundred and be lined out of there after dumping 20 back in, won concert tickets many times, won scratch offs at my parish fair for a few hundred bucks, won 25 bucks to amazon.com from CDand M and coupons a few times ( that was GREAT!) and I have a fabulous handsome husband who I was told had TERRIBLE luck. My son thank God inherited my dumb luck and has won a few contests himself! Even s a kid he would win stuff. So I hope he continues to have his Momma’s luck.

The other day my husband took the little one for a long walk and I took advantage of the “down time” and opened the huge stack of monopoly tickets that were sitting there.I then went online and entered all the codes. Here is how UNLUCKY I am. 137 tickets opened. 2 dollar doubler, 4 bonus ticket winners (so 8 total tickets). Then I entered all those codes. I won 2 click to card coupons, and had 2 bonus ticket winners (4 total tickets). I have not won a free item yet. My mom, however, can go in and get the 1 ticket they give you just for shopping and win a loaf of bread. Luckily, she gives those to me 🙂
