Festive Pineapple Punch Recipe
Notes:
● This punch is very easy to make and uses ingredients that are simple to find in the grocery store (non-alcoholic). If you want to make an over 21 version, just add in a cup or two of your favorite rum to give it a kick.
● After you add the ginger ale, do a taste test. If you feel the punch is too sweet and not bubbly enough, add more ginger ale.
One of my VAs had made this punch, and I liked the recipe so much I decided to do it myself. This makes a decent amount of drink though, and I didn’t own a punch bowl, nor did I own a pitcher large enough to hold this whole recipe. And for photos, it is important to get the whole recipe in the shot.
I told Hubby I was on a mission to buy a punch bowl, and we decided consignment stores would be a good place to start. Only two of the dozen or so consignment stores we visited had any punch bowls, and what they were selling was way more expensive than buying new!!
I was getting dejected, and so we decided to try Salvation Army and Goodwill.
Hubby dropped me off at the Goodwill entrance, and I ran in “to check.” On the door was a sign “half off all blue stickers.” I thought nothing of it.
I walked up to the housewares department, and there was a FIVE DOLLAR crystal punch bowl with 12 cups!!! I gathered it up so quickly it is a wonder I didn’t break it.
At the register, the clerk said, “Blue sticker, so half off.”
I got this lovely punch bowl and cups for $2.50!! I practically skipped out the door with my purchase to tell hubby about my find.
Look for more punch recipes in the future. hehe

Calliope says
Question can strawberries be used instead of peaches?
Ann says
If you like the taste of strawberry-pineapple-peach, Calliope, I don’t see why not. It will be a different punch, so if you like it, please come back and let me know how it turned out for you.
