Strawberry Cheesecake Pudding Shots Recipe

Strawberry Cheesecake Pudding Shots Ingredients:
● 3 oz box Instant Cheesecake flavored Pudding Mix
● 1 cup cold Milk
● 2/3 cup Vodka
● 1/3 cup Strawberry Syrup
● 8 oz Cool Whip Whipped Topping
● 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs, divided
● Whipped Cream (or more Cool Whip), for garnish
● 4-5 Strawberries, washed and sliced
Strawberry Cheesecake Pudding Shots Mise en Place:
● 12 (2.5 oz) plastic pudding shot cups with lids if transporting
● Measuring Spoons
● Measuring Cup
● Bowl
● Spatula
● Whisk
Strawberry Cheesecake Pudding Shots Directions:
● Place the pudding shot cups on a large baking sheet.
● Add 1 tablespoon of Graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of each cup; set aside.
● Pour the cheesecake flavored pudding mix into a medium mixing bowl.
● Add one cup of cold milk and whisk until smooth and creamy.
● Add 2/3 of a cup of vodka and 1/3 cup of strawberry syrup to the pudding mixture; stir well to incorporate.
● Fold in 8 ounces of Cool Whip into the cheesecake pudding mixture, and continue to fold until the ingredients are well mixed, and the cheesecake pudding is light and fluffy.
● Spoon the cheesecake pudding mixture into the prepared pudding shot cups, filling up to the top.
● Chill for at least 1 hour. If you are not serving the pudding shots right away, you can place lids on the plastic cups and chill overnight.
● Before serving, add a dollop of whipped cream (or cool whip) to the top of each pudding shot. Sprinkle additional graham cracker crumbs on top of the whipped cream. Garnish with ½ strawberry slices.
