Can you believe it is already AUGUST!? Not only that, we are heading into the second week. That is crazy. Just yesterday, we were all wishing for warmer weather. Now, most of us are looking forward to the turning leaves of autumn.
We’ve had a pretty crazy summer here in the Ann’s Entitled Life household. We haven’t gotten out to enough local events. So, Hubby and I plan on taking Max out in his stroller this weekend and hitting the Lewiston Art Festival. It is one of my very favorite things to do in Western New York! head to Cornell next week, I told Hubby he could work on one of his rentals this weekend, and I wouldn’t get angry (he works waaaaaay too much IMO, especially for a retired guy). He’s under the gun with a deadline of November 1st to rent out these units. It seems like he’s been working on this particular house for years! I was there a few weeks ago, and it is starting to come together now. At least the upstairs. Once he gets the new kitchen in and the new flooring down (believe it or not, he’s really is almost done with that unit!), he’ll rent that out and finish the downstairs. The downstairs needed far less work than the upstairs.
I will probably work on the blog while he is at his rental this Saturday. Then on Sunday, art festival shopping!!
So, What Are Your Weekend Plans?

Thanks… glad you had a great weekend.. so did I. Nothing turned out like I expected it to.. it was very odd but in the end, it was all for the best!! I had a much better time than I could have ever imagined, I had someone to share my hotel and gas bill with me, I had great company and a super time… I love it when that happens… you have great plans but something ever better happens than you could have even imagined. 🙂

I hope you have fun and find some interesting art!

Thanks Stephanie. I bought a few things – some blown glass for Autumn, and a guy who makes bowls from fresh fruit mold was selling those bowls, so I bought one! Max enjoyed his outing too in the safe confines of his stroller.
