Black and White Cake Mix Cookies Recipe

The classic Black and White Cookie made easy! Use a cake mix to make these delicious cookies that taste like the finest melding of a sugar cookie and a brownie. Fast and easy to make, these cookies are real crowd-pleasers.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
● 1 Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
● 1 White Cake Mix
● 1 cup of Butter, divided (2 sticks)
● 4 Eggs, divided
● 1 cup Pecan Pieces, divided
● 1 cup Heath Bits ‘o Brickle Toffee Bits, divided (or cut up heath bars)
Directions:
● Preheat oven to 350°.
● In a medium bowl, combine 1 stick of butter and 2 eggs with the chocolate cake mix.
● Fold in ½ cup pecan pieces and ½ cup of Heath bits; set aside.
● In a second medium bowl, combine 1 stick of butter and 2 eggs with the white cake mix.
● Fold in ½ cup pecan pieces and ½ cup of Heath bits.
● Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of each mixture side by side onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
● Bake 10-12 minutes in a preheated 350° oven. Remove from oven; the cookies will look moist, don’t over bake.
● Cool on the baking sheet for 3-5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
