Tips and variations for making this Coca-Cola chocolate cake recipe:
● Remember that Coke used to be made with sugar, and the Mexican variety still is, so if you can find that variation of Coca-Cola, you might enjoy it even more!

● For my UK and Australian friends: confectioners’ sugar is icing sugar (powdered sugar, 10x).
● 5¼ cups Confectioners’ Sugar = 35.3 oz = 1 kg
● The cola soft drink works better in this recipe when it is at room temperature or even warmed slightly in the microwave.
● You can substitute diet cola for regular in equal amounts, but be advised that you will be able to taste the artificial sweetener.
● If you only have Dutch-process cocoa powder, you can substitute in equal amounts, but the result will be a sweeter cake, and you will taste less of the cola flavor.
