Cookies and Cream Pudding Shots Notes:
● I used Cool Whip which is a brand name. You can use another brand of imitation whipped topping if you like.
● This recipe used Jello instant pudding, but you can use any instant pudding brand.
● Oreo cookies were used in this pudding shot recipe. If you prefer Hydrox or another cream sandwich brand, feel free to use that instead!
● Cake vodka was used. You could substitute whipped cream vodka if you prefer.

Rose Mary George says
This pudding looks great!
Josie Wenger says
Can I just omit the vodka
Ann says
Make sure you make up that liquid with something else, Josie (more milk would work).
Ann
Bella says
Can I freeze the pudding shots? And if so, for how long?
Ann says
People have done so, Bella, but I have not. It is cool whip + pudding which freezes well. The problem would be the alcohol (which wouldn’t freeze), and how it would thaw out.
If you try it, please come back and share how it worked out for you!
Good luck,
Ann
Bella says
I tried it and it worked beautifully. Thank you so much.
Ann says
I am so glad it worked, Bella. Thank you for coming back and letting us know. That information will help other people.

Meg says
Can you use regular vodka in this?
Ann says
Meg, you can always swap out the liquors for something else. Realize it will change the taste, but you might like that new taste better.

Alyssa says
If I make these a day ahead, do you think I could put a layer of crumbled cookies on the bottom first and then fill with the pudding mixture?
Ann says
Hi Alyssa,
If “should” work. I’d worry about the cookie layer getting soggy, but honestly? Who’d care!? They’d taste delicious.
If you do it, please let me know how it worked out for you and how long you made them in advance.
