● To make a “healthier” version of this salad, use ½ plain yogurt and ½ sour cream instead of the mayonnaise.

● ¾ cup Carrot, shredded
● ¼ cup Dried Cranberries
● 3 TBSP light Mayonnaise
● ¼ tsp Pepper
● Dash of salt
