Tips and variations for making these Halloween eyeball cupcakes:
● If you want a plate of eyeballs, these are a fun Halloween candy.
● Instead of red gel food coloring, you may want to try (I have not done it) a red edible feed pen.
● You can either place these on top of your frosting that is piped on or frosted flat, or press them into a piped frosting.
● If you prefer a white frosting, this classic vanilla buttercream frosting recipe is fantastic. If you would like to color your frosting, this How to Color Buttercream Frosting is a great tutorial.
● Reheating – Do not reheat.

2. Combine the white chocolate chips, heavy cream, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
3. Mix well till all the white chocolate chips melt. It will take a minute but keep stirring, and it will all come together into a smooth, lump-free mix.
4. Refrigerate for an hour.
5. Scoop out a teaspoon of the white chocolate mixture and roll it into a smooth ball, and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
