● Candy corn melts easily and are very sticky. So make sure to line the cake pan with parchment. Just greasing it will not work well.
● Always use parchment paper when baking as wax paper might burn.
● Make sure to cover any exposed candy corn bits with batter before it goes into the oven.
● Make sure to add the candy corn garnish on top of the blondies the moment it comes out of the oven. That way, it will adhere well to the warm blondies.

Peanut Butter Candy Corn Blondies Bars Recipe Ingredients:
● ½ cup Butter
● ½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter
● 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
● 1 large Egg
● 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
● 1½ cup All-purpose Flour
● ½ cup of Candy Corn
● ½ cup Peanut Butter Chips
● 2 tablespoon of Peanut Butter Chips, melted, to drizzle on top (optional)
Peanut Butter Candy Corn Blondies Bars Mise en Place:
● Spatula
● Large Bowl
● Spoon
● Parchment Paper
● 8″x8″ Baking Pan
● Measuring Cup

Peanut Butter Candy Corn Blondies Bars Recipe Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 8″x8″ pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, add ½ cup butter and ½ cup peanut butter. Microwave for 30 seconds. Mix well to combine the melted butter and peanut butter.
3. Add 1 cup light brown sugar, 1 large egg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture. Mix it very well until smooth.
4. Add 1½ cups of all-purpose flour to the peanut butter mixture, and fold it in.
5. From your ½ cup of candy corn, remove and set aside a tablespoon of candy corn.
6. Add ½ cup peanut butter chips and the remaining candy corn from the ½ cup to the peanut butter mixture; fold in well.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smoothen it out with a spatula or your finger tips. Make sure there is no exposed bits of candy corn. Candy corn melts easily and turns into a gloopy mess. So make sure to cover any exposed candy corn with the batter.
8. Bake for 22-25 minutes in a preheated 350°F oven.
9. The moment the blondies comes out of the oven, press the reserved candy corns onto of the warm blondies to garnish.
10. Let the peanut butter candy corn blondies cool for 20 minutes and then cut into bars.
11. Optional step: Melt 2 tablespoons of peanut butter chips in the microwave and place it in a Ziploc baggie. Snip off a corner and drizzled the meted peanut butter chips over the blondie bars.
12. Serve immediately or store it in a air tight container.
