● ½ teaspoon Salt
● 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

● 1 cup White Granulated Sugar
● ½ cup Brown Sugar
● 2 large Eggs
● 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
● 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
For the Pumpkin Spice Glaze
● 3 cups Powdered Sugar
● 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
● ¼ cup of Water

7. Using a small cookie scoop, form 1-inch balls from the pumpkin cookie dough, and place them on the prepared cookie sheet.
8. Dip the bottom of a glass in granulated sugar and flatten the cookie dough balls to a ½” thick disk.
9. Bake in the preheated 350°F oven for 10 minutes.
10. Let the cookie cool completely on a wire rack before adding the glaze.
11. Whisk together powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and water into a thick glaze.
12. Add about a heaped teaspoon of glaze to the cookies and gently spread it. Let it drip down the sides.
13. Let the glaze harden for at least 2 to 3 hours before serving.
14. Store the leftover pumpkin sugar cookies in an airtight container.
