Rudolph’s Cherry Red Nose Pudding

A delicious pudding recipe that is great any time of year! Make ahead as pudding shots, or serve as a dessert. This amazing pudding recipe is best reserved for adults.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes
Ingredients:
● 1 small package Cheesecake Flavored Instant Pudding Mix (3.4oz package with sugar, 1oz sugar free package)
● ¾ cup Milk
● ½ cup Vanilla Vodka
● ¼ cup Grenadine Syrup
● 10 drops Red Food Coloring (or more if desired)
● 8oz Tub Whipped Topping
● 20 Maraschino Cherries
Directions:
● Whisk pudding, vodka, grenadine, food coloring and milk together in a bowl until smooth.
● Fold in whipped topping and stir well.
● To make as shown: After folding in whipped topping, freeze for 1 hour. After removing from freezer, stir the pudding and spoon into cups and garnish with cherry. Serve immediately.
● To make ahead for a function: Pour into 2 ounce plastic cups with lids. Garnish with cherry. Freeze at least 4 hours; remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving.
