Tips and variations for making these white chocolate pumpkin toppers:
● This recipe (how-to) was done using white chocolate squares and food coloring. To achieve a brighter color, you may want to use food gel. Just make certain you mix well. If you are using white chocolate melts, use a cup for each color.
● If you have access (they are fairly inexpensive at Joann fabrics) an easier route is the orange melts and green melts. Use ½ a cup of each.
● If you do not have orange and/or green decorator/shimmer/sparkling sprinkles you can substitute white decorator sprinkles.
● One of my favorite places to get different sprinkles/jimmies is at our local Amish and Mennonite grocery stores. They have a huge selection prepacked, and some of them I have never seen anywhere else. You may want to check your local store!
● If you do not have decorator/shimmer/sparkling sprinkles you may want to substitute sanding sugar.
